Happy Friday ROLLERS!!! Looking for an easy dinner to feed your family?? How about trying to cook dinner in a different way…the HOBO DINNER WAY!! This SANTA FE CHICKEN I made using the grill & it turned our awesome!!! I used the link below for most of the inspiration!

I also show you how to make (STEP BY STEP) how I make my SPANISH RICE. It’s easy to do as well. You’ll need 1plus cup of white rice, small can of tomato sauce, 1 chicken bouillon cube & onion (opt). Plus some oil & seasonings & you are ready!!!
