Procedure to Prepare Chocolate Proats: (2 Servings)
Ingredients
– Oats – 80 gms
– Whey – 2 scoop
– Toned milk – 100 ml
– Almonds – 20 gm
– unsweetened Cocoa powder – 2 tsp
– Banana & Mango

Method
– Add Oats, Whey, Cocoa Powder and mix well with Milk and desired water
– Refrigerate overnight.
– Server with Desired Nuts and Fruits
