“My” Stove Top Oats:
– 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 1/4 cup dry Old Fashioned Oatmeal, 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Oat Bran, 1/4 cup Organic Blueberries, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 2 packets Trivia (Stevia) sweetener, 1 tbsp Flax/Chia/Hemp Seed mix, 1 tbsp sliced almonds

“My” Overnight Oats:
– 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Oatmeal, 1/2 scoop Peanut Butter Quest Protein Powder, 1 tbsp Chunky Almond Butter, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 2 packets Trivia (Stevia) sweetener, 1 tbsp Flax/Chia/Hemp Seed mix, 1 tbsp Sliced Almonds
