Vegan Tofu Burgers

Ingredients

1 cup quick oats
1 cup soft bread crumbs (just quickly blend balled-up pieces of bread in the blender)
1 1/2 cup tofu (water pack or Mori-Nu or silken)
1/4 cup flour
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 tsp sage (slightly rounded measure)
1/4 cup water
1 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix all, mashing the tofu. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Form into patties.
3. Bake on a sprayed cookie sheet for 10 minutes per side in a 350 degrees oven.
-Makes about 10 1/4 c burgers.
