Today we are going over how I pack my meals to take day trips. I’m currently 8 weeks out from my first NPC Bikini Show, that means I can’t exactly stop at a fast food resturant and grab something when I’m hungry! This video isn’t just for someone who is prepping this can be for anyone who wants to kill the cycle of always stopping for fast food! I also include a killer glute/ ham and abs workout with resistance bands and a kettlebell that I hope you choose to recreate at home! I’m wearing the new Balance Waves OG leggings which are indeed squat proof! And I threw in a little desert chocolate tofu pudding recipe using silken tofu and bowmar vegan protein! TOFU RECIPE:
-12oz Silken Tofu
-1/2 Scoop Bowmar Chocolate Almond Coconut Vegan Protein
-1/2 Cup Stevia
-1/2 TBSP Coco or Cocao
-1/3 Cup Nut Milk

Directions:
Combine all ingridients in a blender and blend till smooth (take literally a minute)
Pour into a bowl and serve
or let sit in the fridge for a few hours to absorb protein taste (best)

Warm up Circuit Repeat 4x
-Banded Abductions x25
-Banded Fire Hydrants x15 per leg
-Banded Kickbacks x15 per leg
-KB Swings x20
*Minimal to no rest between excerises, 45 second rest between sets*

Superset 1: Lying Leg Curls (4×20), SL Lying Leg Curl (4×15 per leg)
Superset 2: Band RDL (4×20) Sumo Squat w/ 3-count pause (4×15)
Superset 3: Banded Pull Through (4×20) Banded Kneeling Squats (4×20)
*30 second rest between sets, 1 minute rest between different supersets*

CORE CIRCUIT
Repeat 4x
-Cross Body toe reach x20 total
-Cross body V-up x20 total
-Up and Overs x15
-Side to Side Reverse Crunch x20 total
