अशा प्रकारे जर तुम्ही मसाले भात केला तर एकसारखे खातच राहाल. So try by my way this masale bhaat n Mathha recipe.
Ingrediants :-
1 1/4;th cup rice soaked half an hour.
1 sm.1/2 vati moong dal soaked for half an hour.
1sm. Bowl each veggies
Flower, carrot, green peas, tendli, and all other u want e.g. onion, frenchbeans etc.
Exactly double quantity of hot water than how much rice u have taken n more half cup as we are adding veggies also that’s why.
2tb.sp. oil,
2 sm.sp. red chilli powder,
2-3 sm.sp. black or goda Maharshtrian (bramhni) masala.
1 tb. Sweet curd,
3 sm.sp. salt to taste,
1 sp. Sugar,
For seasoning:- mustard seeds,
asefotidea, turmeric powder, curry leaves 7-8,.
For garnishing :- fresh / dry coconut, fresh coriander, cashew nuts(optional).
Process:-
Soak rice n dal ( u can skip dal if u want to do only masale bhaat. ) for half an hour.
Cut all veggies n start.
First keep water to boil
In kadhai take 2tb.sp. oil n heat. After add mustard seeds, let it splattered, then curryleaves, asefotidea and veggies one by one. First tendli, carrot , flower saute n keep to cook till 1 minute
Now add other all veggies and saute nicely,.
Then add soaked rice-dal and add all masalas in given proportion again saute for 1 minute.
Now add curd and saute.
Add hot water in oroportion, keep
your gas flame on hugh for 1 minute and then low flame.
In middle open the lid and add 2-3
spoons pure ghee into it.
To 2nhance it’s flavours ghee must. Then keep till all water gets abosrb. Take out the kadhai from gas and serve in one plate by garnishing with fresh coconut, fresh coriander n caahew with Mathha.
Method of Mathha. Masal buttermilk u ca say.
1glass buttermilk, add ginger extract, ltl.sugar, sakt, ltl black salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, fresh coriander and serve cool with Masale bhaat. It is very nice combination. It’s a typical and special Maharashtrian recipe which is done in marriage functions of Maharashtrian.
