This week I’ve been getting creative with my lunches! I wanted to keep them fun but also low in calories. I personally aim to keep my lunches between 200-300 calories, in order to stick within my 1200 daily goal.
All calories for each meal is shown on the screen and also weights of the foods I used. This allows you to follow step by step the exact meals I made.
