Ingredients:
1: Tamarind water ( 1 cup )
2: Mint & Chillies Paste
3: Pink Salt to taste
4: 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
5: Chaat Masala to taste
6: 1 sliced carrot
7: 1 chopped cucumber
8: 1 cup shredded cabbage
9: 1 chopped green chilli
10: 1 chopped onion
11: Boiled Black Gram 2 cups

Method:
1: First mix Tamarind water, lemon juice, mint paste,salt & chat masala.
2: Add all veggies
3: Add Black Gram & mix
