Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 3 cups
Shredded Gobi/Cauliflower – 3 cup
Shredded cheese – 1/4th cup
Green chillies – 4-5
Ginger – 2 inch
Garlic cloves – 7- 9
Chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds/ Jeera – 1 tsp
Carom seeds/ Ova – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
