presenting to you less known Gujrati snacks recipe Lauki ki Muthiya. So healthy and easy to make we are sure you all will love it!
Ingredients-
Muthiya ingredients-
1tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup whole wheat flour/ aata
1/4 cup sooji/rava
1/4 cup besan
1pinch hing
1/2 grated bottle gourd/ lauki/ doodhi
1tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp jeera powder
1tbsp dhaniya powder
1tbsp garam masala
1 / 2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 green chilli grated
1 tbsp ginger paste
Salt as per taste
1tbsp saunf/ fennel seed
1 tbsp ajwain/ carom seed
For tadka-
1 tbsp sarso/ mustard seed
1 tbsp til/sesame seed
Kadi patta/ curry leaves 1 to 2 strands
