This brilliant low-carb hack will be your favourite healthy breakfast!
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
18 Slices Salami
1/3 cup shredded Cheese
Bellpepper
Tomato
Coriander
salt and pepper.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C (400F). Grease the muffin tin with a little bit of vegetable oil/olive oil. Line the muffin tray with 3 slices of Salami and add an egg on the Salami. Season with salt and pepper, add the chopped vegetables and top it with lots of cheese. Transfer into the oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle some oregano or chilli flakes on top before serving.
Wow, that was easy, right? Feel free to experiment with pepperoni, bacon, or ham for a different dish every time.
