Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli – 2
Curry leaves – 10
Pre soaked sabudana – 250 grams
Crushed roasted peanuts – 150 grams
Salt – 1 tablespoon
Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon

Preparation
In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, pre soaked sabudana and mix well. Add crushed roasted peanuts, salt and chopped coriander. Mix well and cook till the sabudana turns transparent.
