You may want to consider this 10 minute quick healthy snack on any given day that fills your tummy and keeps it light. Toss it with spices and herbs of your choice and make it part of your quick go to snack list.
Ingredients
Unpolished/Unbleached wheat flour – 1/2 cup
Wheat Bread Slices – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/8 tsp
Pepparika/ Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala / Spices of your choice – 1/4 tsp
Butter – 8 mini cubes for 8 bread bites (1 TBSP +)
(Desi Ghee / Oil can be used too)
For Tossing
Onions – 1 big sized onion / 2 small onions
Cilantro / Coriander – handful (chopped)
Lemon – 1 (as per your preference)
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and some garam masala powder
