Pancakes are easy to make, delicious and healthy kids favorite recipe. This is an easy pancake making recipe made with simple ingredients. You can try this Banana Oats Pancakes recipe for breakfast at home.

Ingredients:
For Preparing Batter:
– 1/2 cup Oats Flour
– 1/2 cup Maida (Flour)
– 1/2 Banana (meshed)
– 1/2 cup Yogurt
– 1/2 cup Butter
– 1 tsp Vanilla Powder (Vanilla essence)
– 1 tsp Elaichi Powder (Cardamom Powder)
– 1 tsp Baking Powder
– 1 tsp Sugar
– Milk if needed

For Garnishing and serving:
Chocolate syrup and chopped strawberries.

Directions:
Combine Yogurt, Elaichi Powder, Vanilla Powder, Sugar to the molten butter and mix it well to fill in some air in the batter to make pancake fluffy. Add meshed Banana, oatmeal Powder, Flour and baking powder and mix it well to make a nice thick batter.

Heat a non-stick Pan over a medium heat and put little Butter and Pour pancake batter in the pan to form small-medium sized pancakes. Cook for two minutes or until small bubbles begin to form on the top. Flip and cook for another two minutes or until golden brown and set through.

Repeat until you have used all the batter. Garnish with your favorite pancake toppings and enjoy!
