Hurry up, guys, there isn’t a lot of time before all dandelions are gone this year. How cool is that? Candy from flowers!

Ingredients
Sesame seeds (to cover candies)
Desiccated coconut (to cover candies)
Melted chocolate (to cover candies)
Water-vinegar solution
Vinegar
Water
***Base***
100 g (3.5 oz) yellow dandelion flowers
100 g (3.5 oz) melted honey
50 g (1.8 oz) cashews
50 g (1.8 oz) hazelnuts
50 g (1.8 oz) dried apricots
50 g (1.8 oz) dried plums
50 g (1.8 oz) dried cranberries
50 g (1.8 oz) sunflower seeds

Directions
1. Gather a lot of dandelions. Bring them home and wash them in the water a couple of times. Then create a water-vinegar solution with 10:1 volume ratio and put the dandelions in the solution for about 10 minutes then wash them in the water a couple of times. Vinegar will help get rid of some of the unwanted germs. Remove any green parts from the flowers and leave only yellow petals.
2. Put cashews, hazelnuts, dried apricots, dried plums and dried cranberries in separate bowls. Pour some boiling water to the plates and let them soak for about 5 minutes. Then drain the water out.
3. Combine all base ingredients together. Then grind them through the meat grinder. Combine all ground paste ingredients with your hands.
4. Roll a piece of paste in your hands to form a one-bite sized balls.
5. Roll the ball in some sesame seeds or desiccated coconut.
6. Put the balls into some melted chocolate, if you want to form a shell around them.
