Welcome back to Holistic Living Downunder. Today I’ll show you how to make a Quinoa salad with mango and avocado. This salad is perfect for those of you heading into the warmer months, and for those in cooler climates at the moment, it can be a little reminder of times to come.
For this recipe you will need:
Quinoa
Mango (fresh or frozen depending on what you can currently get)
Avocado
Can of black beans
Mint leaves
Coriander/cilantro
red chilli
cucumber
lime
olive oil
salt and pepper
