I wanted this to be a healthier video than what I typically see in the “what’s for dinner’s.” I include macros in here and how I do healthier swaps. I am in a reverse dieting phase, working with a nutrition coach and so my calories are very slowly going up every week to find my maintenance level. I spent a long time being hard on myself, restricting and then eating a lot of food. When my nutrition coach started working with me, I was eating anywhere from 800 calories – 1200 calories on average. This is in efforts to restore my metabolism.
Two tips for healthy eating:
-Try swaps for pasta, meat, etc. (banza chickpea noodles, liquid aminos, or turkey).
-Use a variety of different colors in your foods like the chicken stir fry, that was such a good recipe! I’m going to make it again in a few days.
