Need a healthy snack? These No-Bake Energy Ball Recipes are so easy to make at home AND are delicious to eat. As always, they are GLUTEN-FREE and Vegan. Whether we call them energy bites, weight loss snacks or easy healthy snacks, they will definitely help you power through the day. We have the Protein Energy Ball packed with plant-based vanilla protein and the Anti-Inflammatory Energy Ball packed with turmeric and ginger powder. A lot of anti-oxidants and helps boost the immune system. I loved eating these throughout the week and were the perfect little healthy snack! 🙂

Anti-Inflammatory Energy Balls
Yields 5-6 Servings

Ingredients:
-6-8 pitted dates
-1/4 cup coconut flour
-Pinch of salt
-1 tsp turmeric powder
-1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:
1) In a food processor, add the pitted dates, salt, coconut flour, turmeric and ginger powder. Pulse until the mix starts forming together.
2) Take the blade out, then form the balls about 1-2 inches in size.
3) Sprinkle salt on top and ready to eat!
*To keep the energy balls long-lasting and fresh for the week, store in a tightly sealed container or a Ziploc bag.

Protein Energy Balls
Yields 5-6 Servings

Ingredients:
-6-8 pitted dates
-1/4 cup plant-based protein powder (I use Vanilla Orgain flavor)
-1/4 cup slivered almonds (optional) If you decide to add these, just note that you will need to add a little more dates or almond butter to be able to roll the energy balls together
-1/3 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
-Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1) In a food processor, add the pitted dates, salt, protein powder, almonds (optional) and almond butter. Pulse until the mix starts forming together.
2) Take the blade out, then form the balls about 1-2 inches in size.
3) Sprinkle salt and/or nuts on top and ready to eat!
*To keep the energy balls long-lasting and fresh for the week, store in a tightly sealed container or a Ziploc bag.
