► Keto Ingredients:
1 cup pork rind crumbs from Pork King Good
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 large egg
2 tbsp olive oil
4 chicken tenders

► Steps:
1. Mix together pork rind crumbs, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper in a bowl.
2. Beat 1 large egg in a separate bowl.
3. Heat up olive oil in a skillet to medium-high heat.
4. Grab 1 chicken tender at a time and dunk it completely into the egg.
5. Transfer it into the pork rind mix and cover completely with the mixture.
6. Transfer to the skillet with olive oil.
7. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked to 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the mixture starts to turn crispy.
8. Add chicken tenders to a serving plate with your favorite keto dipping sauce.
