The ingredients/ Bahan-bahan
1 small can of sardine
1 medium size onion
1 medium size tomato (seeded)
1 small size cucumber/ half regular size cucumber
chillis as desired
3 pcs lettuce leaves
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice OR (lime / calamansi)
1 teaspoon white pepper
salt to taste
6 slices of bread & some butter spread
6 pcs of popiah skin cut into half (makes 12 pcs)

1 tin kecil sardin
1 biji bawang besar saiz sederhana
1 biji tomato saiz sederhana (dibuang biji)
1 biji timun saiz kecil/ 1/2 biji saiz biasa
cili mengikut suka
3 helai daun salad
3 sudu besar mayonis
2 sudu besar jus lemon ( atau jus limau nipis/kasturi)
1 sudu kecil lada putih
Garam secukup rasa
6 keping roti & sedikit butter
6 helai kulit popiah dipotong setengah menjadi 12 keping
