I just love to pair beef teriyaki & SAUTEE broccoli, it complete the flavor each other 🙂
It is easy to cook and it taste delicious, you can change the measurement based on your preference
Beef Marination
250 gr sliced beef
2 crushed garlic / 2 baput, cincang kasar (aku 1 sdm pakai baceman bawang putih)
1 tbsp sesame oil / 1 sdm miyak wijen
1,5 tbsp oyster sauce / 1,5 sdm saus titan
1 Tbsp soy sauce / 1 sdm kecap asin
4 tbsp sweet soy sauce / 4 sdm kecap manis
1 tsp pepper / 1 sdt lada
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt / 1/4 sdt garam
1 tsp chili powder (optional) / 1 sdt bubuk cabe (optional)
