Healthy Food ideas which boots your immunity or Diet plan for good & healthy body in day today life. Balance diet for everyone, Let food be the medicine and medicine be the food.
We have to fallow the daily routine eating habits to makes yourself fit as below:
1) Breakfast till afternoon you just have to feed on 3-4 types of fruits based on your body weight for example if my body weight is 50 kg. Then 50X10=500, so 500 grams you have to take in your morning diet.
2) You have to take in lunch and dinner, you must take 3-4 types of row vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, kakri etc. And also you will have to take contain food according to your choose, what ever you need to eat such as Dal- Rice, Chapati- bred what ever you eating traditionally.
3) You have to avoid animal products like milk, eggs, chicken, fish etc. Next you have to avoid factory based items like biscuit, bread. These are things to be avoided.
And you must have to sleep at least 8 hours a day for complete rest of your body. Best time is 10 o’ clock to sleep at night and wake up at 5-6 o’ clock at morning. Make your habit of time to get fit in day today life.
Also you must have to take your dinner before 3 hours to sleep.
While eating you must have to chew your food properly 40 times in your mouth because your saliva is mixed properly in your mouth. And our brain knows that how much nutrients or proteins required which part of body.
