Palak Anda Ghotala
Serves 2-3
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Palak (Spinach) 8-10 leaves
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
-Podina (Mint leaves) 8-10 leaves
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chilli)
Directions:
-Chop spinach leaves,green chillies,onion,tomatoes,mint leaves & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add green chillies and mix well.
-Add tomatoes and mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-Add red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,black pepper powder and mix well.
-Add spinach leaves,mint leaves,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add eggs one by one,mix well and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add mint leaves & mix.
-Garnish with green chilli & fresh coriander & serve!

-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-Lal mirch powder,namak,haldee powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Palak aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kiya paka lein.
-Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Podina dal ker mix ker lein.
-Hari mirch aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
