Ingredients ( 4 Roti Pizzas)
Roti 4
Capsicum 2
Sweet corn 100 grams
Tomatoes 2
Ginger Small piece(1 inch)
Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Chillies 4 to 5
Processed cheese 4 to 5 small cubes
Pizza spread As required
Butter As required
Oil 1 to 2 tablespoon
Salt As per taste

Quick and healthy pizza with leftover Rotis
Let’s prepare the filling
Take salt in a grinding jar 1 tablespoon
Add green chillies (4 to 5 )
Garlic (4 to 5)
Ginger small piece (1 inch)
Grind (Do not add water)
Heat a wok (kadhai)
Add cooking oil (1 to 2 tablespoon)
Add the paste in the hot oil (Gas must be on high flame)
Mix it well (Fry until slightly golden)
Add 1 small cup raw sweet corn
Add chopped tomatoes 2 medium size
Add chopped capsicum 2 medium size
Keep mixing On high flame
Cover and cook for 2 minutes On high flame
Capsicum and tomatoes will release water
The water starts drying
Do not overcook the vegetables

Let’s make roti pizzas:
Heat a pan (Keep the gas on medium flame)
Put the roti on the pan
Add little butter and fry on both sides on low flame
Spread pizza-spread one side
Now put the veggies
Grate some cheese on the veggies
Sprinkle oregano
Fold the roti
Serve hot
