In today’s video I show you how to use overripe bananas you may have lying at home to make healthy treats that will satisfy your sweet cravings in a nutritious way. I hope you enjoy the video! Banana peanut butter nice cream
* 1 frozen banana
* A cap (tsp) vanilla extract
* A container of Greek yogurt (150g, higher fat works best)
* 2 tablespoons protein powder of your choice (I’m using salted caramel by Women’s best)
* Toppings: chocolate chips, salted (or unsalted if that’s your preference) peanuts & natural peanut butter
* Optional: 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
Healthy chocolate banana mug cake
* 1 tablespoon cacao powder
* An egg
* 2 tablespoons oat milk (or other milk alternative/ regular milk)
* 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
* 2 tablespoons coconut flour
* An overly ripe banana
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 scoop protein powder of your choice (I’m using Hey coconut flavor)
* Optional: chocolate egg for molten core and toppings (strawberries & chocolate spread)
Easy banana peach granola bowl
•fresh peach, chopped
•1/2 banana, mashed
•1/2 banana, cut into chunks
•handful of granola (I’m using peanut butter muesli from Kellogg’s)
•crunchy add ins: walnuts, peanuts, chocolate chips (you can also add some goji berries, raisins, mulberries etc)
