Atta Burger Buns
6 boiled potatoes
1 Tablespoon Garlic grated
1 Tablespoon Ginger grated
1 Carrot cut in small pieces
1/2 cup french beans cut in small pieces
Coroander
Salt to taste
1/4 Tsp black pepper powder
1/4 Tsp jeera
1/4 Tsp Ajwain
1/4 Tsp dry coriander powder
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
2 sliced Onions
2 tablespoon Fresh Malai
2 Tablespoon Tomato ketchup
1 Tomato
Bread crumbs of 2 Breads
Method
Take a wok and put 1 tsp oil . Add Ginger Garlic and vegetables . Cook for a while and add boiled potatoes.
Add spices.Make potato balls and Roll them on Bread Crumbs.Prepare Tikkis with 1 tsp oil in Non Stick Tawa.Cook onions in 1/2 tsp oil
Now toast the Burger Buns and apply orange sauce ( Malai + Tomato ketchup)then put potato Tikki then cooked onions and Tomato slice. Serve with French Fries and Tomato Kethup.
