“Akki Roti ” actually needs no intro to any kannadiga. This is the simple and easy recipe prepared with rice flour and veggies of your choice and served with chutney / mango pickle.Its healthy breakfast for kids too.Great for lunch box as it taste good even when its cold .I like thin and crispy akki rotti so we need to pat it as thinly as possible and remember to smear some amount of oil over the roti to make it crispy and tasty.
