Here is our recipe for a healthy Balsamic vinaigrette
We all want to eat healthy salads, but the oils add a lot of extra calories.
Here is a salad recipe from our Health Kitchen.
It is extremely healthy, has no oil and no sugar. The date paste is a healthier sweetener options and supports healthy lifestyle.
Be sure to add nuts and seeds to the salad to get the full vitamin absorption from the salad.
RECIPE :
50ml Balsamic Vinegar
1 medium to large onion
1 tomato
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp of date paste
salt and pepper to taste (suggested 1 tsp pink salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper)
