Spanish oats egg omelette is quick easy breakfast or pre-workout recipe which can be made just under 10 mins. It’s perfect diet and health dish under 225 calories. Oats are very good for health as they are good source of fibrous carbohydrate.
Ingredients
1. Oats (25 gm)
2. Potatoes (50 gm)
3. Onions (1 medium size)
4. Green chilly (2 nos)
5. Salt
6. Pepper powder
7. Cinnamon powder
8. Olive oil
9. Eggs (2 nos with 1 yolk)

Method

Heat a pan and add olive oil just for lather then saute potatoes till they are half cooked then add onions and green chilly and cook well in low flame. Once its cooked transfer it to a bowl to which eggs, pepper powder, salt and cinnamon powder is added and mixed well.Then heat the pan and add olive oil just to avoid the omelette sticking to the pan. Cook in low flame till both sides are ready. Transfer the taste healthy Spanish oats omelette to serving dish enjoy with ketchup, peanut butter or honey.
