Today I have a TESCO weekly food shop for you, its Healthy with my favourite veg and meat alternatives. I love Tesco for our food shops as they have the best variety of cheap vegetarian and pescetarian options. We spent around £50 each this week but got lots of fruit, veg and salmon.
