Healthy Salad recipe , A Filipino Style of making Salad , with sweet and sour Dressing
INGREDIENTS
3 medium size Fruit Tomato
add more tomatoes if you like / any variety
basil leaf
mozzarella cheese or any white cheese
thinly sliced red onion
olive green fruit
add any vegetables you like
DRESSING
1 tbsp vinegar made of rice
1 tbsp lemon juice or kalamansi
salt and pepper
1 tbsp cane sugar
1 tsp sesame seed / optional
chili oil
add garlic , ginger according to your taste
spices or herbs you like
this is my version that is available in my kitchen
