Soups are an amazing way to begin your dinner. It is the easiest way for your body to absorb nutrition and have the additional benefit of being extremely low in calories. Apart from being excellent appetizers, soups are also great as a filler between your meals. It can also be had as an entire meal during summers when your digestive fire is weak and you’d rather eat less than more.
