I don’t like to eat breakfast until 10:30/11am so this is my favourite option when I need breakfast on-the-go. I usually make it just before I go out but you can make the night before and pop in the fridge. Clean out a nut butter/jam jar. Half fill with rolled oats (you can use gluten free) add nuts/seeds, mine is sunflower seeds & flaked almonds, a dollop of almond butter, frozen blueberries, cover everything with any kind of milk. Add a drizzle of honey if you want to 🍯 Pop the lid on and don’t forget to take a spoon with you 🤪😍
