#ChickenBurger Patty with a tikka flavour is potentially the most flavourful burger that you would ever eat. It is super easy to make and is very healthy for grown ups and kids alike. My special chicken tikka sauce makes upgrades this burger patty to a whole new level.

You can make these in batches and freeze them in your fridge to be able to quickly cook whenever required.

There is no added fats or bread in this recipe and hence it is perfect for gym goers or folks on a diet.

Ingredients you’ll need:

Mince Chicken – 500gms
Onions – 100gms
Tomatos – 100gms
Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch
Green Chillies – as many as you can handle but i used 4.
Salt – As per your Taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp as this adds a nice colour to the burger.
Cumin Powder – Make sure its roasted and add 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp

#ChickenTikkaBurger Sauce

Chop the 100 gms of onions and 100gm of tomatos and fry them with a little oil till them combine and reduce to half the volume. This will give you 100gms of sauce when done. This sweet and tangy sauce is the base of most indian curries that we all love.
