These pancakes are super healthy and delicious. They are gluten, dairy and sugar free. Its a very easy recipe made with very simple and healthy ingredients.
Recipe :
1 cup gluten-free oats
2 ripe bananas
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
Some chopped Walnuts / Raisins/ Blueberries/ Chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
A pinch of salt if you like
INSTRUCTIONS :
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend! Heat a pan on medium heat and put a spoon of coconut oil.
Pour pancake batter on the pan in the shape of pancakes. Cook for two minutes each side until golden brown on both sides. And they are ready!
Have them with toppings like honey, maple syrup, peanut butter, almond butter
NOTES
*If you want to make these banana oatmeal pancakes vegan, swap the egg for 2 chia eggs.
