There’s a saying “Life is Uncertain. Eat desserts 🍮 first”. Who doesn’t have a sweet tooth 🤔??
It’s called as Ksheera Pindika in ayurveda and is very nutritious and good for people trying to gain weight. It keeps away fatigue and depression.
It improves skin health and sexual vigour and strength.
It doesn’t mean only the underweight person need to crave for this. But ayurveda talks about mitahar. So, have it in limit and satisfy your sweet tooth as well your reap the benefits out of it.
