Moong dal 1/2 cup
Ghee 2tbsp
Cumin seed 1 1/2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
Chopped ginger 2 tsp
Curry leaves 2 springs
Hing 1/4 tsp
Salt as required
Water 4 cups
