Ingredients : 7 items
2 large eggs
A half avocado, small cubed
Some fresh red chili, chopped
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 or 2 tbsp of butter
Salt
Pepper
Directions :
1. In a bowl, crack two eggs, add salt and pepper. Whisk with
a fork.
2. Add chopped spring onion, whisk to combined.
3. In a pan, melt 1 or two tbsp of butter. Pour egg mixture into the
pan, lower the heat to medium.
4. Scatter avocado cubes over the egg, add chopped chili as well.
5. Cover the pan, turn the heat to the lowest until omelette cooked
but not burnt.
6. Transfer to serving plate. Enjoy immediately.
