Today at Food for BNM (Body and Mind), we will be making Chickpea salad more commonly known as chana chaat.A perfect meal for those who are on a Weight loss journey or want to adopt a Healthy life style.So, let’s begin!

Ingredients for making Chana chaat/Chickpeas salad in English and urdu:

4 cups Chickpeas (ابلے ہوے چنے)
2 Potatoes (ابلے ہوے آلو)
1 cup Onions (پیاز)
1/2 cup Tomatoes (ٹماٹر)
1/2 lemon(لیمو)
2 tbsp Chat masala (چاٹ مصالہ)
1/2 cup Dahi (دہی)
1/2 cup Tamarind sauce(املی کی چٹنی)
Crackers (پاپڑی)
Procedure;
Take the required amount of each ingredient as mentioned above and then mix them together. Add the sauces and crackers just before serving it.
