Cucumber Sandwiches
~cut cucumber length wise & slice down the middle. Scrape out the insides & fill with whatever you like! I chose turkey & bell pepper!(peel if desired)
Cinnamon “Sugar” Apple Chips
~dehydrate apples in a food dehydrator or purchase apple chips at your local grocery store. Drizzle a tiny amount of honey or agave on the apple chips. Next place apples inside of a plastic bag filled with cinnamon & truvia or stevia & shake it up!
Banana Butter Bites
~Place almond or peanut butter in between two dehyrated banana pieces or banana chips.
“Ants On A Log”
~Chop up celery and add almond or peanut butter on top. Top with raisins or coconut shavings.
Carrot Fries!!!
~chop up carrots into thin slices. Toss in two teaspoons or coconut oil or olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins.
“BLTwist”
halve an avocado. Fill with tomato pieces and lean turkey bacon. Ta-da!
