Today’s video is all about what I EAT A DAY to lose fat. Including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks giving some ideas on how to lose fat and stay healthy whilst at home in lockdown.
This is specific of course to my macros and my calories and these meals help ME lose fat. They are some ideas for you to tailor for yourself to lose fat if correct to your calories.
As always, the most important thing for losing fat is a CALORIE DEFICIT. So it doesn’t matter what you eat as long as you are in a deficit!!
Healthy food helps this process as fibre and vitamins and minerals help keep you healthy and full!!
