Ingredients : Non Fried Manchurian

This is inspired from Simrun Chopra #fitwithsim

For manchurian balls:
Chopped veggies(cabbage, carrot, beetroot, beans)- 2 cups
rice flour- 2 tbsp
cornflour- 2 tbsp
besan- 2 tsp
ginger garlic paste:- 1 tsp

For gravy:
Chopped veggies (capsicum, and all above)- 1/2 cup
cornflour-1 tsp
sauces(soy, tomato, greenchilly)- as per taste
pepper- 1 tsp
salt- as per taste

Ingredients : Zero Oil biryani

Biryani rice- 2 cups
chicken-1/2 kg
curd- 11/2 cups
biryani masala:- 2 tbsp
salt, turmeric, chilli powder:- 1 tsp each
milk-2 tbsp
roasted nuts – handful
onion – 3
Bay leaf- 3-4
javitri- 1
mace- 1
cardamom- 1
cinnamon- 2
biryani phool- 1
pudina leaves- as per taste

Marinade:
ginger- 2 inch piece
garlic- 2
javitri, bayleaf, mace, cardamom, cinnamon- 1 each
red chilly-2
Grind the above into a paste

Ingredient : Mushroom Masala

mushrooms- 2 cups
capsicum -2
onion- 2
tomato-2
almond and cashew- handful
jeera powder- 1tsp
dhania pwder- 1 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric- 1 tsp
oil- 2 tbsps

Ingredients : Paneer Kadhai

Paneer- 200 gm
capsicum- 2
tomato- 4
ginger grated:- 2 tsp
chilly- 1
jeera- 1 tsp
milk- 2 tbsp
jeera powder- 1 tsp
dhania powder- 1 tsp
turmeric- 1tsp
chilly powder- 1 tsp
