Ingredients:
3 onions.
5 Zucchinis.
2 tbsp vegan butte,
2 tsp vegetables mix spices.
1 tsp salt.
2 tsp Coriander powder.
1/2 tsp ginger powder.
1 tsp onion powder.
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder.

Preparation:
-Chop the onions finely then slice the zucchinis up.
in a pot:
-melt 2 tbsp of vegan butter (you can also use any oil you have).
-saute the onions and stir till they become soft.
-add the sliced zucchini’s.
-add the spices then move them so they get mixed.
-reduce the fire, cover the pot and keep them for 20 mins.
(maybe you’re gonna need to stir from time to time if you don’t have a good pot)
