Hey everyone!! In today’s video I am showing you 3 easy and healthy snack ideas. I made all 3 healthy snacks using a blender, so these recipes are perfect if you are in a rush and don’t have much time but you still want something that’s healthy and nutritious. My kids love all of these snacks so they are kid-friendly too! One ingredient that I used in all 3 easy and healthy snacks are dates. Dates are the fruit of a date palm tree. They are chewy and sweet in flavor. Dates are rich in antioxidants, they help to balance blood sugar, they are high in fiber, and they are also a natural sweetener!

The first healthy snack I show you in the video are chocolate hemp protein balls. These are the perfect snack to satisfy a sweet tooth, but they are jam-packed with protein, omega 3 fatty acids, fiber and so much more!
Ingredients:
1 cup of dates
6 tablespoons of hemp hearts
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
3 teaspoons of water if needed
The second snack is a super sweet chocolate pudding! This pudding has a hidden ingredient that’s loaded in antioxidants. The ingredient I’m talking about is avocado!
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
6 dates
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

The last healthy snack I show you is a date shake. Date shakes are loaded with fiber, iron, potassium and B vitamins. This shake is perfect for a post-workout or afternoon snack!
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 banana
3-5 dates
A few ice cubes
