The first episode of the new series UnusualKitchen! Today’s video is showing you 4 different versions of healthy, fit brownie – Low Calorie; Low Carb High Protein; Pre & Post Workout; Perfect Snack – Without sugar and flour.

Method: Put all ingredients into the bowl. Blend them very well. Pour over form and put in the oven set up on 180 degrees for 40-60min. Decorate with icing and other healthy snacks (snacks contain calories as well and they are not included in my calculations)

Tips: Be careful with the oven, because everyone is different. You can start checking your brownie after 30minutes.
If you put many ingredients into your brownie, like in PERFECT SNACK, you can add 100g red beans to make it wetter.
