Hey guys! So today i wanted to share 5 of my QUICK & HEALTHY snacks that i make every week. These are so great to have on -hand, and are great for when you’re trying to make healthier food choices. Hope you guys enjoy! 🙂

Healthy Chocolate hazelnut spread recipe
1 cup cooked chickpeas ( drained),
1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts Or almonds,
2 tbsp nut butter,
1/4 cup honey,
1/2 cup cocoa powder,
10-12 tbsp Almond milk or water.
Blend on high until it forms a thick spread! If you prefer it sweeter, you may add additional honey or sweetener of choice and adjust it to your taste

Protein mousse recipe
3 tbsp chocolate pea protein powder
1 tsp nut butter
1 tbsp chocolate chips
water as needed( around 1/2 cup)
Mix until you get a thick consistency.
