Hi, everyone! I just wanted to share my QUICK and SUPER EASY healthy meals preparation. I was inspired to make something healthy because I just wanted to change my bad eating habits. Also, I just wanted to inspire all women, or people who are already in a healthy state. Sometimes, we can have our cheat day, as long as you are still following your healthy meal plan.
Please take a special note: that every woman, and every person, will have different daily calorie needs and intake base on their natural body, size, weight, height, daily activity levels and healthy goals.
This video- and my recipes are only shown as meal inspiration for a healthier lifestyle- Everything has to be balance/ exercise and your healthy lifestyle.

-Oatmeal-

1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup of banana
7 pcs almonds
A handful of walnuts
2 tbsp. dried cranberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1/3 cup half and half (optional)

-Smoothie-

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup strawberries
1/3 cup blueberries
1 tbsp. raw honey
2 tbsp. agave (optional)

-Yogurt-

2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1 pc mango
1/3 strawberries
1/3 blueberries
1/4 walnuts
2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
2 tsp chia seeds

-Banana peanut butter sandwich-

1/2 slice banana
1 tbsp. peanut butter
2 pcs multigrain bread

-Cesar Salad-

5 oz. Roasted chicken
5 oz. mix green leafy salad (baby lettuce, spinach, baby greens)
1 pc avocado
1 pc onion
1/4 cup onion leaves
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup garlic and butter croutons (optional)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup creamy poppy seed salad dressing
