Since so many of you guys requested for this salad recipe here goes, this is my recipe for the mango & barley salad, it simple, easy & quick to make & lets not forget healthy & wholesome as well.
So pls try it & let me know what you think about it.
Ingredients
3/4 cup Pearl Barley ( washed & soaked)
Salt as required
For the dressing
2 tbsp sesame paste/penut butter
3 tbsp yogurt/dahi
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Crushed black pepper
4 cloves grated garlic
Salt to taste
For the salad
3 tbsp boiled corn
2 tbsp chopped carrots
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup pomegranate kernels
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
A few mint leaves
1 cup Mixed green lettuce
1/2 cup chopped mangoes
