Eid is a very special occasion and many diabetic as well as people on diet control struggle for the Ever Amazing Sheer Khurma. Well, I know present to you, Sheer Khurma that is made without ANY processed Sugar, contains 10 times less Calories and ONLY 2 Tbsp Honey! All of this without Compromising the TASTE, TEXTURE and Feel of Original Sugar enriched and Time Consuming Sheer Khurma Recipe! TRY it to BELIEVE it!
Approximately 350 calories for XL (3 regular) Serving Shown in Video!
Helpful Tips (as promised in the Video):
1) If you like it sweeter, use more Honey, however keep in mind that 1 Tbsp Honey adds 64 Healthy calories!
2) You can use Fat Free Milk however add a little more Oats.
3) You do have an option of grinding Oats to powder and boiling them in with Milk however, if you add more, your Sheer Khurma might turn into a thick paste! Experiment with Caution!
4) Dry Roast oats in a pan for extra brown color!
5) For Left over Oats, you can use it to make Oats Chocobar Ice Cream, DM for recipe!
6) You can even make a Thick Shake using the left over Oats! DM for Recipe!
