Crispy Potato Wedges with Creamy Sauce | No Cornflour, No Maida Potato Wedges.

[INGREDIENTS]
To precook the wedges:
3 Medium sized potatoes (approx. 350 gm)
1-2 Tsp Salt
2-3 Tsp Rice flour

For Coating Batter & Frying:
2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp Rice Flour
1/2 Tsp Crushed black pepper
1/2 Tsp oregano flakes
Salt as per Taste
6 Tbsp Water
Oil for frying

For Sauce:
1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Chooped Garlic
1/2 Tbsp All purpose flour (maida)
1/4 Cup Milk
2-3 Tsp Water
1 Cheese cube
Salt as per taste
